A Norman cathedral with an early English west front, a perpendicular retrochoir, a 13thC painted nave ceiling and the tomb of Catherine of Aragon. It was also the former burial place of Mary Queen of Scots. There is a visitors exhibition in the north aisle of the cathedral and refreshments at the cathedrals beckets restaurant. Next door to this is the cathedral shop. Group visits can be booked in advance.
